How To Join

Membership in the Southern Alberta Drag Racing Association is $20.00 (Can.) per year.  SADRA is presently offering basic memberships in the society for the reduced price of $1.00 per member. This offer is good only until June 30, 2008.  We hope to raise the numbers of our membership to show the extent of support for Drag Racing and the need for this Facility here in Southern Alberta.  Membership forms can be obtained by:

• at the Lethbridge Swap Meet (Feb. 16, 2008),
• HEADS UP MACHINE & SPEED 270 - 13St., Fort Macleod, 
• JOSS TECHNICAL LTD. 3218 - 12th Ave. North, Lethbridge,
• or at MOPAC  Auto  Supply Ltd.  130 - 16th  Ave. NW ,  Calgary.
• Memberships can be purchased at any venue where SADRA has a presence (look for the Tailwind-SADRA tent),
• from any member of the executive,
• by contacting us at contact@tailwindraceway.com,
• or at one or our regular monthly meetings (7:30 PM on the first Wednesday of each month at JOSS TECHNICAL LTD. 3218 - 12th Ave. North, Lethbridge, Alberta. 

Members vote to make decisions affecting the club and the construction and, eventually, the operation, of Tailwind Raceway.  The members are also expected, if possible, to assist in fund raising efforts, ticket and merchandise sales, promotions, and work parties.  Once the track is in operation, members and volunteers will be needed to operate the facility.  Proceeds from the sale of memberships go into the general operating fund and are presently pooled to help pay for construction costs.
